By proceeding with this online prescription, you are agreeing to the following terms:
- The charge for the issue of a repeat prescription is R150 and this amount will be billed to my account.
- The issuing of repeat prescriptions is at the doctor’s discretion. If I have not been seen at the practice within the last 6 months I may be requested to come in for a consultation.
- That my prescription request will be prioritized, but may not be seen to immediately and will allow for 2-3 woking days for issue of the prescription. (If a prescription is required urgently please make an appointment to be seen by one of the doctors).
- That medico-legally certain items cannot be scripted without a consultation eg. Antibiotics
